Full-Body CO₂ Dry Bath. The Cardisuit™ was created to support deep relaxation, recovery, circulation, and overall wellbeing through gentle exposure to carbon dioxide via the skin. Developed by Anders Olsson, pioneer in modern breathing science and founder of the Conscious Breathing Institute, the Cardisuit™ is part of the Cardi Series and has become a highly appreciated tool within our global community.

By surrounding the body with CO₂ up to the neck in a calm and controlled environment, the Cardisuit™ supports nervous system balance and restorative recovery. Many people describe the experience as deeply calming, grounding, and revitalizing, making it a natural part of a regular wellness routine or recovery treatments.

The Cardisuit™ is a full-body CO₂ dry bath suit that covers the body up to the neck. It is available in two sizes.

Medium size: fits most users up to approximately 183 cm or 6’0”.

Large size: fits users up to approximately 203 cm or 6’8”.

A standard trim-to-fit neck seal is included, with an optional smaller insert available if needed. Recommended session time is typically between 30 and 60 minutes, and many people choose to use the Cardisuit™ three to five times per week as part of their wellness routine or recovery treatments.

CO₂ tanks are not included.

The suit is made from a durable, airtight material designed for repeated CO₂ exposure and long-term use in both home and professional wellness settings.

Before each session, it is recommended to inspect the seals and zipper. After use, the suit can be turned inside out and wiped with a soft cloth or steam cleaned. Avoid sharp objects or jewelry that could damage the material and ensure good room ventilation during and after each session.

The package includes one Cardisuit™ CO₂ dry bath suit, a suitcase that holds all components, and a Cardisuit storage bag for easy transport and organization. A CO₂ regulator, inflation gun, vacuum pump for removing air before CO₂ infusion, regulator wrench, and a sleep mask for enhanced relaxation during sessions are also included.

If the Cardisuit™ is shared between multiple people, choosing the Large size or a combination of sizes is recommended for comfort and flexibility.
