Return Policy for Relaxator, Sleep Tape, Conscious Breathing Book, Foundation Course, and Instructor Course 

We offer a 30-day open purchase policy on all above-listed products and courses. 

If you change your mind and wish to return any of our products or cancel your participation in our courses, you are eligible for a full refund, provided that the following conditions are met: 

For physical products: 

• Items must be unused and unopened 
• All physical products shipped to you must be returned to us at your own expense 

For digital course materials: 

• You must delete all digital content (video, audio, text, or other materials) obtained from us 
• Confirm in your email that you have done so 

To request a refund:

• Include your order details and confirm the return or course cancellation 
• Send the physical products to any of our return addresses in USA and Sweden, which are found further down 
• Once we receive the physical items in acceptable condition, your refund will be issued within 2–3 business days

If any of the products you received are faulty or defective, we will replace the item(s) or offer you a full refund, depending on the situation.

If you wish to return the product: 

• It must be in merchantable condition 
• The return must be made within 30 days of purchase 
• Return shipping is at your own expense 
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover reconditioning and inspection

Your Cardisuit is backed by a 1-year warranty that covers all individual parts—or the full equipment, if necessary. 

If any part of your Cardisuit breaks within one year due to normal use, and when handled according to the provided instructions, we will replace the affected part(s) free of charge.

• Attach a photo and/or video clearly showing the problem
