Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

We ship from our warehouses in Sweden, the USA and China to customers all over the world.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. They depend on where you live, how much your order weighs and what it costs. Free shipping applies to some orders, and the thresholds are shown at checkout. Delivery to Sweden, most of Europe and the USA is usually 3–5 days. Delivery times to other parts of the world vary and are shown at checkout.

How we handle your order

We pack your order as soon as your payment is confirmed. You will get an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will send you a new item or refund you. Just get in touch and we will sort it out.

Taxes, customs and duties

Prices for customers in Sweden and the EU include VAT. For Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the USA, Canada and other countries outside the EU, taxes are calculated at checkout where required, for example sales tax on US orders. Import VAT, customs duties and local charges may also apply when an order is shipped outside the EU. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are set by the destination country and you pay them when the parcel arrives.

Returns

You have a 30-day open purchase policy. Special conditions apply to sealed products such as Relaxator, Sleep Tape, Cardihaler and Cardisuit. Read more in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
