In this issue of BreathingNEWS you can read about how breathing retraining can reduce anxiety and improve lung function. In a study we recently completed at a CrossFit gym the result clearly shows that nasal breathing is possible even at high intensity.

Leslie Green interviewed me in her radio show recently. In the one hour show we talked about how to improve our breathing habits in order to reduce stress and improve our health. How much could there be to breathing? - My first reaction turned out to be unjustified - the training program is outstanding!
