
Big Improvements in My Running Performance with the Cardihaler
I started my own business four years ago, and since then, I haven’t had much free time. While I managed to fit in some light strength training, I wasn’t able to do any cardio during those years, and my physical condition declined significantly.
In late March, I began using the CarboHaler to build up my CO₂ tolerance. As my energy levels noticeably increased, I felt inspired to start running again. My initial 3km pace was 7 minutes and 54 seconds per kilometer—not exactly where I wanted to be.
Before each run, I've been inhaling around 5% CO₂ for five minutes. The results over the next 20 days were nothing short of remarkable!
By my 14th run, on May 4, my pace had improved to 5 minutes and 33 seconds per kilometer—and I still had energy left after finishing! In May, I increased my distance to 4.5km and have been consistently maintaining a pace of around 5:38 per kilometer.
What’s most exciting is that I now enjoy running again—it no longer feels like a struggle. I genuinely believe that with the right approach, the CarboHaler can be a powerful tool to help beginners boost their fitness faster and stay motivated throughout their journey.
