Dizziness can occur if resistance is set too high or breathing becomes strained during practice. Reduce the resistance level and slow your breathing pace—this usually resolves the sensation. Breathing exercises should feel calm and controlled, not forced. If dizziness persists, stop the session and resume later at a gentler level. Start with lower resistance and shorter sessions, gradually building tolerance as your body adapts.
We are an institute for education in conscious breathing, dedicated to spreading knowledge and helping change people’s lives through the most human thing there is: breathing. With over 16 years of experience, our work is rooted in education, science, and real human transformation.
