After 20 Years on Antidepressants, I Finally Found My Way Out Thanks to the Relaxator
After completing the Conscious Breathing Foundation Course two years ago, I began using the Relaxator regularly, and it has become an essential part of my daily routine.
Together with my wife, I’ve written several best-selling self-help books, including Learn to Live, which has sold over 250,000 copies in Sweden alone—reaching 2.5% of Sweden’s entire population. In total, it has been translated into 25 languages. As a writer and lecturer, maintaining clarity, calm, and mental balance is crucial in my daily work.
I start each morning with 10–15 minutes of breathing in bed before getting up. During the day, I use it for at least an hour while working at my computer, writing books, or preparing lectures. I also end each evening with 10–15 minutes of Relaxator breathing to unwind and fall asleep more easily.
The Relaxator has played a major role in significantly lowering my stress levels and helping me achieve a deep sense of calm in my body—something I had never experienced before. I'm fairly certain it’s one of the key reasons I’ve been able to successfully discontinue my antidepressant medication after more than 20 years. I had tried several times before without success. But this time, with a very gradual tapering process and the support of the Relaxator, it worked.
