The 28-Day Program will help you take your daily breathing habits to the next level. During the four weeks you fill in your activities.
- Tape = place an X if you slept with taped mouth.
- Relaxator = the number of minutes you used the Relaxator Breathing Retrainer.
- Physical activity = the number of minutes of physical activity with your mouth closed.
- RLF-score = Relaxator Lung Function Test. Set the Relaxator on the highest resistance (5). Inhale through your nose for 6 seconds. Exhale through the Relaxator for as long as you can. Write down the total number of seconds (inhalation + exhalation). Measure RLF day 1, 8, 15, 22 and 28. More info at consciousbreathing.com/rlf-test
- Breathing Index = total score of the twenty questions in the Breathing Index (step 1 and step 4). Fill in day 1 and day 28.
- Breathing Habits = total score on your Daily Breathing Habits (step 3). Fill in day 7, 14, 21 and 28.
