After using the Cardihaler and the Cardisuit, I fall asleep right away. The difference is massive.

I've been a professional football player since I was 17. Recovery has been my biggest problem ever since. I've rarely been able to sleep a full night, and after a game the sleep gets even worse. I've played well over 200 games as a pro, and after an evening game I don't fall asleep until 4 or 5 in the morning. After an afternoon game I typically fall asleep around 2 AM. Most of the teammates in the different clubs I've represented have a similar experience. The main things we do for recovery are sauna and ice baths, but they don't seem to have much effect on sleep.

A week ago I started taping my mouth shut at night. It immediately improved my sleep. A few days later I played an evening game. Afterward I used the Cardihaler for five minutes to inhale extra carbon dioxide, which made me feel relaxed and my mind calmer. Then I did the Cardisuit for 30 minutes. After five minutes in the suit I was asleep, and when I came home I fell asleep immediately. This has never happened before.

Three days later I played a match in the afternoon. I was fully recovered from the game a few days earlier, which is normally not the case. Afterward I repeated the same routine with the Cardihaler and the Cardisuit. Again I felt the relaxing mind and fell asleep in the suit. And at home I fell asleep at 11:30.

Normally I hate going to the gym the day after a game. I feel tired, the body is heavy, and I'm not fully recovered. But both mornings after these games I felt stronger mentally and far more recovered. I actually wanted to train. The difference is massive.
