Tape = place an X if you slept with taped mouth.
Relaxator = the number of minutes you used the Relaxator Breathing Retrainer.
Physical activity = the number of minutes of physical activity with your mouth closed.
RLF-score = Relaxator Lung Function Test. Set the Relaxator on the highest resistance (5). Inhale through your nose for 6 seconds. Exhale through the Relaxator for as long as you can. Write down the total number of seconds (inhalation + exhalation). Measure RLF day 1, 8, 15, 22 and 28. More info at consciousbreathing.com/rlf-test
Pulse = the number of heart beats per minute. Measure your morning pulse day 1, 8, 15, 22 and 28.
Breathing Index = total score of the twenty questions in the Breathing Index (step 2 and step 7). Fill in day 1 and day 28.
Breathing Habits = total score on your Daily Breathing Habits (step 6). Fill in day 7, 14, 21 and 28.
