Ihave had a fantastic summer, and it feels like breathing through the Relaxator has contributed to that. My sense of inner peace has increased substantially and I find it easier become calm. Breathing retraining with the Relaxator has given me greater mental control, and it’s now easier for me to make wiser decisions.
When I exercise with my mouth closed, I get more energy. I am more conscious of my breathing, which has led to my day-to-day life being more pleasurable. That is why I now keep my mouth closed when exercising and do breathing resistance exercises about four times a week. Anders, getting to know you has been very inspiring!
