Ever since I started breathing through my nose so much has happened to me. I have said goodbye to the exercise-induced asthma I would get during the winter and also when I was active. I now have a significantly lower resting heart rate and don’t get as much muscle soreness when working out properly. And, I developed abdominal muscles, just from breathing through the Relaxator.
The new Conscious Breathing Method has given me a sense of wellbeing and calm, as well as the ability to wind down in stressful situations. I am actually so into all this that I have decided to become a Conscous Breathing Instructor!
