Anders Olsson has introduced me to a whole new way of looking at breathing. He has enlightened me about the importance of NOT breathing through my mouth and has encouraged me to do breathing retraining with the Relaxator. I have now slept with my mouth taped for a couple of months, since it had such a positive impact on my energy levels. Today I only have to do it occasionally, when I feel it’s necessary.
I am really grateful for having discovered the Relaxator, because it saves me when I have to work long hours, especially at night. That is when I tend to “forget” to breathe, which of course makes me more tired and sleepy.

Forgetting to breathe during daytime has also led to over breathing at night to compensate, but I now avoid that by using the Relaxator for one or two hours during the day. It is very effective and I would recommend anyone to try it, to see what it could do for them!
