I have had a really difficult spring with several people close to me dying, and I have also started my own company. Breathing is the best “medicine” I have ever used, and it has helped me to maintain an inner calm despite everything going on around me during this difficult time.
I practice nasal breathing when I jog, and I am able to run for longer and cool down faster. If I focus on my breathing before making a difficult call, for example, the anxiety will disappear after a few minutes. I use breathing as a tool and it is amazingly effective!
