Just about everything in my life has become so much better!

I have been practicing Conscious Breathing since the end of January, and everything in my life has become so much better! I go to sleep with my mouth taped up, every night, and I’m out running or cycling almost every day. I use the Relaxator for at least one or two hours a day, and I try to be as conscious as possible of my breathing patterns at all times. I have much more energy and am active from the moment I wake up until my head hits the pillow at night.

Each morning, I wake up before the alarm goes off, feeling happy and at the top of my game. Even my finances have improved.

I have fewer sugar cravings and have lost weight

When I meditate, I find it easier to slip into deep relaxation. I eat less, have fewer sugar cravings, and have even lost some weight. I feel more centered and tranquil, as well as more emotionally stable.

I don’t get as caught up in other people’s moods, points of view, and comments as I used to. My ability to multi-task, such as playing drums and singing at the same time, has improved, and I can breathe properly in even stressful situations without the Relaxator.
