I just wanted to say that I have finished reading your book Conscious Breathing and can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that it is the most useful and interesting book I have ever come across! I have read many, many books about consciousness and have studied and practised it for over 10 years now, but it has only really been a handful of books that have actually given me any food for thought. I can now say that your book stands above all the rest and will hold its position to symbolise the BASIS for all consciousness training.
Without the right breathing, you can never put things right with your outer or inner self. Breathing is always a separate building block in the few books I have become fond of, but what has been missing over these years is exactly what I found in your book.
You are knowledgeable and stick to the facts and clear explanations, which I fell for immediately. I’m allergic to fluffy/philosophical and chatty theories, which, unfortunately, is often the case when people write books about consciousness today.
I’m about to read the book again now, this time with a pencil at the ready so that I can underline everything I want to remember ?
