    It is early days yet, however I am finding my oxygen levels are improving. The Buteyko controlled pause is not as difficult as it was and I have not used bottled oxygen for 2 months. I have not used the relaxator for this length of time. I have been taping my mouth at night for 4 months. I am responsible for my own health and do not use medication for my condition of bronchiectasis.

    It´s serious, concrete, exhaustive and very practice.
    But I would like, been practising yoga so many years,if it is possible, a comparative with classical pranayama exercises.

    I have been using the relaxator now for a little over a month for over a hour a day. There has been some improvement ib y sinuses. Definite increase in my energy level. My sleep issues have not been resolved. But do have some good nights. I will be continuing to use the relaxator. Looking to see more improvements.

    I am really getting a lot of good information from the book Conscious Breathing. Each day I do the exercises and use the Relaxator. It has helped me with breathing better and more relaxed at bedtime. I sleep well. Taping my mouth seemed a bit off color but it is amazing what a difference it makes in getting a restful sleep.
    Just started working on using the relaxator while exercising. It is a learning curve but everyday gets better.
    Thanks to my daughter who introduced the information on Conscious Breathing to me.
