It is exciting to spread Conscious Breathing around the world. I just got my first article published in Elephant Journal, a popular site with over 700 000 Facebook-likers. And by the end of April I will give workshops in Dallas and Chicago and then off to Colorado to be interviewed by GaiamTV.

The Native American's knew that good breathing habits is the foundation for good health. I've written an article about this, based on a book published in 1870 where the author finish off in a magnificent way "Rest assured that the great secret of life is the breathing principle, and at the incipient stage of life where mothers are the physicians, is the easiest place to contract habits against Nature, or to correct them; and that there is woman's post, whilst, like 'a guardian angel', she is watching over, and giving direction to, the Destinies of Man."
