    I have slept more full nights in the past four weeks than I’ve done in the last 30 years!

    Since I was twenty I’ve had major sleep problems. I have woken up between five and ten times every night

    For many years I couldn’t fall asleep at night without taking sleeping pills. Since I prefer not to take any medication I have tried many, many times to sleep without them, but without success. But thanks to the Sleep Tape, I’ve finally been able to stop taking them.

    The World Breathing Day falls on February 3. To celebrate this we arrange a shorter event The Breathing Minute on Monday February 3rd, 2020 at 8.30pm-9:00pm local time zones. You connect via you computer, iPad, tablet computer, laptop or mobile via Zoom.

    By breathing together during the Breathing Minute and thinking kind thoughts about ourselves, others and Conscious Breathing, we create a greater love for ourselves, stronger bonds with others and at the same time contribute to the fact that Conscious Breathing becomes an increasingly stronger signal that attracts more people that are in need of this simple yet powerful tool.
